Louis‑François Hogue is a business executive, lawyer, and corporate director with more than 30 years of experience in governance, strategy, corporate finance, restructuring, and value creation. He advises Financière Outremont Inc., where he is responsible for new investments. He currently serves as Executive Chair of the Board and Interim President & Chief Executive Officer of Colabor, one of Quebec’s leading independent food distributors, where he is leading the company’s strategic transformation and performance improvement. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Symgery until its sale to Simulatory AG and held senior executive positions with Cirque du Soleil, Aeterna Zentaris, and the Montreal Exchange. He began his career in business law at Fasken Martineau, advising companies on financing, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. A member of the Quebec Bar, he combines legal, financial, and operational expertise in support of boards of directors.
